The tutorial will help anyone who is new to the application and wants to quickly understand how to find and display the data they need.
Upload your own drawing
This tutorial shows how to upload your own data to your project - whether it’s small drawings, larger map documents or connecting external WMS services. The user will learn how to use different formats (SHP, DGN, DWG, DXF) and how to work with temporary and permanent layers. The video will help to understand the difference between local data upload and professional import of larger volumes, which can be part of project management.
Switching between panels
The video clearly explains the structure of the MawisGeoportal interface. The user will learn how to switch between the work panel, the view panel and the map window, which will make it easier to work with the map, attribute data and 2D or 3D views. This short tutorial helps to understand the logic of the application and speeds up the orientation when working with data on a daily basis.
